We offer two different 90 day guarantee options. You may use your choice of either one of the guarantees below if you purchase three or more bottles of the same product.

Option #1: Standard 90 Day 100% Guarantee

This policy is for those who purchase three (3) or more of the same product but do not have the required lab tests for the 90 Day Challenge.

If you are not completely satisfied you may notify us within ninety (90) days of your purchase date to obtain a return authorization number. You may then return one (1) empty bottle along with all other bottles unopened and undamaged for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping cost.

Option #2: "Full 90 Day Challenge" 100% Guarantee

We are very confident that our products do improve the targeted hormones if taken correctly. For this reason if you take our product as directed for the recommended three months we will refund 100% of your purchase price for those three (3) empty bottles if your lab result of the intended hormone fails to improve. Hormone level testing is the only way to scientifically prove whether a hormonal product is really effective and we are not afraid to have you put our products to the test!

The Full 90 Day Challenge Guarantee is available on the products listed below. We have also listed the lab test that must be done related to each product. The blood or saliva lab test may be done by your doctor or you may do the test in your home affordably by ordering the test from sites such as Canary Club and Life Extension. We have no affiliation with any lab.

Your pre-therapy lab test needs to be drawn within the period of no more than two (2) weeks before you begin taking our product. You must begin taking the product immediately upon its receipt from us.

When you complete the 90 day supply you will have one (1) week to have your post-therapy lab test done and contact us with the results.

You must then send us a copy of both your pre and post therapy lab results. If the targeted hormone has not improved we will issue you a Return Authorization Number.   • Customers who purchased one (1) or two (2) bottles of a product must request a return authorization number from us within thirty (30) days of the order date.
  • Single bottle returns must arrive with any unused portion of the product included.
  • Customers who purchased two (2) bottles of a product must return both bottles with at least one (1) of the two (2) bottles being unopened and in resalable condition.
  • Customers who purchased three (3) or more bottles must request a return authorization number from us within ninety (90) days of the order date.
  • Customers who purchased three (3) or more bottles must return one (1) opened bottle and all additional bottles unopened and in resalable condition. Any additional opened bottles will be deducted from the refund at the per bottle price.
  • Any product(s) to be returned must be received in our office within fourteen (14) days upon the customer receiving a return authorization number.
  • Returned product(s) can be shipped via the customers preferred delivery method, all returns are at the customers risk and expense.
  • A refund credit will be issued according to the original payment method (credit card, check, etc.) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of products.
  • Refunds are issued for the amount of the product(s) at the time of sale less shipping cost.
  • Refused packages that must be returned to us are assessed that return shipping charge.
  • Partial returns of combination packages (Combo Packs) will be refunded according to the adjustment made by calculating the current price of the individual product that is not returned.

  • Customers must request a return authorization number from us immediately upon receiving their post-therapy lab results and before returning product(s). See Option #2 above for specifics.
  • Customers must return all bottles in order to receive a full refund.
  • Customers must have the correct lab testing done (see table above).
  • The pre-therapy lab test must be done no more than two (2) weeks before beginning the product.
  • Customers must begin taking the product immediately upon its receipt from us.
  • After taking the product for ninety (90) days (3 bottles) a repeat lab test must be done within one (1) week of finishing the product.
  • If the specified hormone level does not show improvement via the appropriate lab test we will refund the full purchase price of the three (3) empty bottles and all additional bottles that are unopened and in resalable condition.
  • Customers who purchased more than three (3) bottles of the same product must return all other bottles in new and resalable condition.
  • Any product(s) to be returned must be received in our office within fourteen (14) days upon the customer receiving a return authorization number.
  • Returned product(s) may be shipped via the customer's preferred delivery method, all returns are at the customers risk and expense.
  • A refund credit will be issued according to the original payment method (credit card, check, etc.) within fourteen (14 days) of receipt of bottles.
  • Refunds are issued for the amount of the product(s) at the time of sale less shipping cost.
  • Refused packages that must be returned to us are assessed that return shipping charge.

  • Orders canceled after being processed will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.

Return Instructions For ProBLEN Products

A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all returns. In order to receive a refund we must be notified within ninety (90) days of the time you ordered three (3) or more bottles of a specific product, or within thirty (30) days of the time you ordered one (1) bottle of a specific product.

To request a refund please call 318-600-5772. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and will notify you of that number by the end of the next business day. All bottles must be received in our office within fourteen (14) days after we issue your RMA number. You must adhere to our guarantee and refund policy above in order to receive a refund.
