Shipping Information and Policy

We ship worldwide from our office at 3021 Ridge Road, Suite 144, Rockwall, TX 75032 every business day via the USPS and UPS. Orders placed by 12 PM Central Time Monday through Friday are usually shipped that same day. Orders placed after those hours or during the weekend or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we strive to ship orders the same business day as received if possible, we guarantee to ship all orders within 3 business days unless weather causes delays, which are beyond our control.
Once your order has been processed and shipped your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you gave when you placed your online order.
**Please be sure to give us an email address where we can reach you, please double check your spelling, and please make sure your spam program will allow delivery of our email order confirmations. Please add "@problen.net" to your email safe list.
If you place an order online and you do not receive an email confirmation within 15 minutes after placing the order that means that our email was blocked or else the email address you gave us could not be reached.
You may also track your package by logging into your store account and clicking on your order, or by contacting us at 318-600-5772.
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.
Out of Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered becomes out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. If you order other products at the same time we will ship those products immediately and ship the out-of-stock product when it becomes available.
Shipping Methods
We offer flat-rate shipping in the U.S. up to a certain number of bottles. We off USPS and UPS real-time rates for domestic and international orders, which are based on weight of the package and your address. It is automatically figured by the USPS or UPS during checkout.
ProBLEN Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
- All domestic orders will be shipped within three business days of the order date, however typically U.S. orders received before 12:00 PM Central time Monday - Friday are shipped that same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM or on weekends or holidays are usually shipped the next business day.
- All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, customer's choice. We will also ship UPS or Fed Ex on the customers own account. Please call us for this shipping option.
- No deliveries on weekends unless special arrangements are make with our shipping department.
- Orders processed with an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged a processing fee to correct the shipping address if the postal label has already been purchased.
- Packages refused at the customers request will be assessed a second shipping charge and refunded accordingly upon receipt of the package.
International Shipping
- All International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS within three working days of the order date, however typically all orders received before 12:00 PM Central time Monday - Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM or on weekends or holidays are typically shipped the next business day.
- International customers are responsible for checking with their local customs office regarding any ingredients in ProBLEN formulas that may be restricted from entering their country. Various countries may require a doctor's prescription or note in order to import ProBLEN products.
- We are not responsible for any package held or seized by an international customs office. The price of packages seized by customs and not returned to us will be refunded back to the customer's issuing card less shipping & handling and a loss of stock fee of up to $14.00 per bottle that was confiscated.
- AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Several years ago we began having packages that contain our homeopathic hormonal products seized and destroyed by Australian customs. For this reason if you place an order we will send you an email agreement before we ship. If you do not want to agree to our policy we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund. We regret that we are no longer able to service our valued Australian customers like we could in the past. If you wish to complain to your customs office about them not allowing our FDA registered over-the-counter homeopathic products into your country we will appreciate it.
- We have no control over whether taxes/duty fees are charged to you by your country's customs and so we are not responsible for any fees or taxes associated with import. If concerned that you may be charged tax or fees please check with your local customs office before ordering.
- If you refuse delivery of the package, the shipping charges and any taxes or duties that must be paid in order for the package to be returned to us will be deducted from your refund.
- International orders processed with an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged a fee to correct the shipping address if the carrier charges us or if additional postage is required.
- Actual delivery time depends on the amount of time the package spends in customs. Due to customs we cannot guarantee an exact time when a package will arrive. For instance, we cannot guarantee that a package shipped via Express delivery to an address outside the U.S. will actually be delivered in 2-5 business days due to the fact that the package may be held up in that country's customs. Our carriers can only guarantee that the package will arrive in customs on time.

Shipping to Australia
Question: I am considering taking HGH in homeopathic form as well as your combo products. Are you able to ship to Australia?
Answer: We have shipped all our products to Australia for many years. However, beginning in January 2017 we began to have our packages seized and destroyed by Australian customs. Some packages do get through, depending on which of our products they contain, but our HGH products are seized more than the others.
Due to this development we sadly now must require our Australian customers to agree to our shipping policy via email before we will ship their order. We do strongly recommend all Australian customers who agree to follow our policy get a note or prescription for the product from their doctor and send a copy to us and we will place it in the package, in the hopes that it might help in case it is stopped by customs.
Shipping to Singapore
Question: Would like to find out if its legal to ship your products to Singapore?
Answer: From what I previously read at the Singapore HSA web site homeopathic medicines are legal, and we have been shipping to your country for many years now without problems. However, it seems that since COVID-19 the customs of countries have become more strict so we recommend everyone consult their customs office about receiving our products.
Shipping to Canada
Question: I have tried to get HGH before from a U.S. source shipped though USPS and Canada Customs just stole it without giving any notice.
On a different occasion a computer was shipped though UPS and they added custom broker fees in the hundreds of dollars for something that is supposed to be duty free.
With these types of problems, is there a set up where HGH Plus can be shipped from a Canadian source or a Canadian re-shipper and avoid the rip offs?
Answer: I am sorry to hear about what happened when you ordered an HGH product from another source.
We don't sell from within Canada but we ship there frequently and have been doing so for many years. We have Canadian clients who have been ordering from us for 10 or more years. Of course when shipping to any country outside the United States we can never guarantee delivery. If a package is returned to us we will offer to either ship another package or give a refund of the purchase price, which is the customer's choice. We have not had any problems with your customs in the past.
